January: NPR recently polled its listeners on the top 100 science fiction/fantasy books of all time.
February: I was watching a PBS series on NASA and they showed the video from Columbia just before it broke up.
March: The Steps to the Sun by Walter Tevis. He wrote The Hustler and the Man Who Fell to Earth.
April: When I got to the hotel lobby at 7 am, there were a lot of solitary people sitting around.
May: The tree pollen has been wicked, but we had a nice rain and since then we've had a couple of rarely beautiful days.
June: Last night I went to an interesting art exhibit at the Jerusalem Fund
July: My "hometown howdy" is up on the Jeopardy! website
August: A week where I definitely escaped into books, mostly light fiction.
September: These books include the 300th one I've posted at Goodreads.
October: A few months back (could it be a whole year?), caarianna recommended a Canadian author, Anthony Bidulka.
November: So, I decided to do the NaNoWriMo thing.
December: I wanted to take a photo of the Christmas tree the company put up in the courtyard
