I have some nice fresh cut-up fruit (watermelon and canteloupe). I made spicy lentils tonight, which is actually a good dish to make in hot weather. It's mostly done in a skillet, except for the lentil part. I have a fresh batch of pesto available for pasta. Good stuff!
