and Windows Movie Maker and my digital camera. It has the capacity to take short videos, you see.
So these are two little shorts I took at the Smithsonian Folklife Festival. Mekong Delta Musicians at the Smithsonian Folklife Festival. The guy in the lavender outfit starts out very calmly, but really gets into it after a while.
Kent Storyteller at the Smithsonian Folklife Festival. The part that cracked me up was the "comic Doctor who comes in and saves the hero with weird potions." See, Doctor Who HAS been around.
They are a little blurry (the Harp I had just finished has nothing to do with that, honest).
My sister Fran is quite a good traditional Irish musician. She plays sessions in New Hampshire and Cambridge MA. This is her at a family birthday party. Fran playing Irish music at the party
