Recipe for the salmon spread
Dec. 31st, 2007 04:59 pmI put the computer down for the holidays, so I've got tons of reading to do. But in the spirit of the holidays, here's a dead simple dip that is reasonably healthy. I also use it as a sandwich spread. Four ounces fat-free cream cheese, four ounces canned salmon, 1/4 cup chopped onions, a little sprinkle of salt and pepper and a good big sprinkle of dill. I blend it all together in a mini food chopper. You could do it by hand if you mince the onion pretty finely.
I put it on a sandwich with lettuce and tomato
