I am the total trivia queen!
Mar. 21st, 2018 01:06 pmLast night I played at the local pub. I missed the first two rounds and played by myself. I still came in third, enough to erase half my bar tab. Not too shabby. The music round is usually my downfall. I don't listen to enough current music.
I also belong to an online trivia league Twice a year the league sections play head to again against each other. That's 25 weekdays. In each round you play against another player. The trick is, you don't score points for yourself. You wager points on whether you think the other player knows the correct answer. If they get it right they get the points you awarded them. I think I finally got a handle on how to wager. Last round, I only got two questions right. But I still won, because the other player gave me too much credit.
Today is the first full day of spring and DC is getting its first significant snowfall of the season. It's so sad! We're hoping it won't go over 5 inches.
