The Tulip Library

We had another beautiful spring day. If you walk down to the Tidal Basin, you can still see the Tulip Library (even though) it's a bit past its prime. The Tulip Library is part of the National Park Service and it's quite charming. There's nearly one hundred beds of different tulips.



There's a box where you can pick up a listing of the different varieties. This one is called Greigii Color Parade.



There are some spectacular varieties as well as traditional tulips

The librarian part of my brain is very happy right now

There's a certain subtle joy to indexing.

I made another batch of Tipsy Chicken. I incorporated it into a scrumptious chicken-pasta-broccoli salad which constitutes dinner. And maybe I had a couple of sips of leftover Scotch (is there such a thing?)

I've added more recipes to my Moonridge offering. And so far I have found three different ways of indexing the contents (this for a 50 page cookbooklet). Which shall I use? - possibly all three.

But this is nothing. I practically have a geekgasm when I index a website or create a sitemap.
