Dang, I forgot

I missed the first half of "Last Man" last week. I looked at the TV Guide and saw that it would be repeated at 9 pm tonight. But I went running out the door to catch the bus this morning and forgot to set the VCR. Waaaah!

The group I volunteer for is having a dinner tonight for the volunteers, which is incredibly nice of them. Free food and fabulous company. But I am seriously considering bailing early just to catch the beginning of the ep. I definitely live in the shallow end of the pool.

I did like the beginning of Top Chef on Wednesday. I have a feeling it's going to be rougher than last season. The jerks have manifested early on. Make Me A Supermodel was good last night. Casey went home which made Perry very sad (and must have devastated spikedluv. The last five left are all tough. It's hard to know who to cheer for.

A church spire and a partly cloudy sky.

2. Who was the last person coming into your room?
This room? The guy that runs the VEC (where I'm applying for jobs). At home? My landlord's brother.

3. What is the most predominant colour around you?
Beige. Very bland surroundings.

4. What is right behind you?
More computers, a printer, and a fax machine.

5. What is on today's calendar sheet?
This visit to the VEC. Later on, dinner with volunteers from my group. Yay! A good group of women.
