Apply head to desk. Repeat as necessary

I know I told you all that I wasn't going to post about the Desperate Housewives thing until it came to some resolution. But the latest development has me thumping my head on the desk.

I've been trying to work it out. The Desperate Housewives production staff contacted me early last December and we've been kicking around dates and suchlike. Today I received this (in its entirety):

I apologize for the delay. We have been having a lot of scheduling
conflicts and delays (rain, etc) so every time I think I have a good sense of the
schedule it changes. Right now we can probably work around any dates
that you have in mind so why don't you let me know when you think you can
travel.

Also, I just want to clarify that I was told that it was a tour of
Desperate Housewives sets that you won (would take a couple of hours), but I was
reviewing all the emails we have exchanged and you stated a day on the
set on your original email. I want to make sure that what I am offering is
the correct.

So, in other words, no Richard, no actors, no activity. Only a 2-hour tour of empty sets.
