Drive-by posting
Oct. 9th, 2006 12:10 pmI have off from work today and the weather is nice, so I'm going out to play.
Saturday we had hideous rainy weather, so I made it a domestic kind of day. Laundry, some cooking ahead for the week, cleaning. I have this big walk-in closet that "ve allowed to get pretty cluttered over the past few months. In what I refuse to see as a metaphor for my life, I tossed out a lot of boxes and baggage that I should have dumped sooner.
For assorted reasons, I'm pulling back from fandom a bit. I've dropped a few mailing lists and Yahoo groups. I realize posts about memes, vegetables, and mystery stories aren't everyone's cup of tea, so I'll offer amnesty if anyone wants to defriend me. No hard feelings.
