Apr. 19th, 2006 04:23 pmIt's so strange to be back. I'm still a little jetlagged. Last night I sat down to watch NCIS and House. I fell asleep 15 minutes into NCIS and didn't wake up til after 11. What was up with that silly narration. I think that might have bored me to sleep.
I met my new housemate Meredith. She seems quite nice. She has an adorable dog named Houston - half toy poodle and half dachshund. Very sweet. I'll have to post a photo of her.
It's strange to be back at work. I had nearly one thousand emails to sort through. Fortunately, most of my work was covered.
Everything is so green here. When I left the trees were still pretty bare. Now they are actually providing shade. The azaleas and dogwoods are in full bloom. DC is gorgeous in the springtime.
