And in other news
Feb. 10th, 2005 05:12 pmThe landlord who grinched Christmas part the last
I'm moving this weekend. It turned out pretty well, all things considerd. I found a place I could move into on the 13th. I stayed in the house rentfree for the first two weeks of February, and they bought out the last month of my lease. So, except for the sturm and drang, the time I had to spend finding a new place, and the general stress, it turned out okay.
my eyes
The drugs are working great on one eye. The other one looks awful. The stye is a quarter-inch wide and sticks up a quarter-inch high and it's very red and angry-looking. Surgery here I come. The weird part is that no one at work has asked me about it. Maybe they just think I'm very weepy. But if I saw a coworker with something like this, I'd at least ask.
Cascade Convention
I'm going, I'm going. But I'm not at all excited about it. Not one bit.
(because every time I get excited something bad happens)
And just a little spammage (an excerpt):
* Lost in the Stars is the song that tells you most about YOUR mind.
* Oil in My Lamp is the song telling you how you feel about life.
Not bad, Oil is actually a very happy little gospel tune that I hum while I'm walking. Lost in the Stars is sad. I'm not sad, just bummed about my eyes.
